Carrie studied law at Keele University and Edith Cowan University in Western Australia, followed by completion of the Corporate Legal Practice Course in Moorgate. She joined the firm in 2011 as a trainee and qualified into the Employment team in September 2013. After qualification, Carrie also carried out further specialist study in Employment Law and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law. Carrie advises on a range of employment issues, including: Director’s Service Agreements, Employment Contracts, Business Restructures, Employment Tribunal Disputes and TUPE. Carrie also has experience in managing and advising on bulk Settlement Agreements. Carrie works closely with the corporate & commercial teams across the offices of Ashton KCJ to provide employment advice and corporate support in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Carrie provides tailored training to businesses and is a regular speaker at Ashton KCJ HR events.
